Day 1
Arrival to Cairo airport, Upon you arrival you will find our representative waiting you with the sign of Booking2Egypt, then you will be transferred by A/C car to your hotel. Overnight in Cairo.
Day 2
Breakfast at your hotel in Cairo and then met by your personal guide who will accompany you to Giza Plateau to visit one of the seven wonders of the ancient world, the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chefren and Mykerinus, famous Sphinx and Valley temple facing the great statue.
(Optional) Lunch at a good quality local restaurant. Then transfer to enjoy the Egyptian Museum, Treasures room for the child king Tutankhamen.
(Optional) Continue to Coptic Cairo to visit the Hanging Church and Ben Ezra Synagogue.
Continue driving to Islamic Cairo, where you will be able to explore Cairo’s old bazaar. Back to your hotel. Overnight in Cairo.
Day 3
After breakfast, check out from your hotel in Cairo, then transfer to Cairo Airport for flight to Luxor. Embark on board your 5 star Dahabiya Rois in Luxor for a relaxing week sailing the Nile on board a luxuriously appointed Dahabiya.
After Lunch, enjoy excursion to visit the magnificent temple complex of Amon-Ra at Karnak, with its vast hypo style hall of 137 columns, followed by the imposing 28th Dynasty Luxor Temple. Overnight moored on the banks of the Nile in Luxor.
Day 4
After breakfast, enjoy an excursion to the West Bank to visit the burial places of the Pharaohs; the Valley of the Kings, where Howard Carter discovered the tomb of Tutankhamen` in 1922.
Continue to the adjacent Valley of the Queens, the temple of Medinet Habu and the Colossi of Memnon. Sail on the way to Esna (noon time). Overnight near by Esna.
Day 5
This morning you will sail to Edfu to visit the wonderfully preserved Temple of Edfu. Overnight moored beside a Nile island.
Day 6
Today you will sail to Kom Ombo visit the Ptolemaic temple dedicated to the crocodile God Sobek and the falcon-headed Horus, God of the morning sun. Overnight moored beside a Nile island.
Day 7
A leisurely day sailing to Aswan to visit temple of Philae. Lunch and Dinner on board. Then at 23:00 Check out from your Dahabiya at Aswan for your transfer to Abu Simbel to witness the Man-made Solar Phenomenon of Abu Simbel. Twice a year – on October 22 and February 22.
Day 8
Enjoy the Sun Festival at Abu Simbel. The rays of the sun align on the sanctum sanctorum illuminating the Holiest of the Holy, a small room with four statues: Ptah, Amun-Ra, Ramesses, and Ra-Horakhty.
The sun shines on the last three status but leaves the statue of Ptah, the god of darkness, in shadow. Outside the Temple you will enjoy performances by Nubian and Egyptian folklore groups. Overnight at your hotel in Abu Simbel.
Day 9
Breakfast at your hotel, then you will be transferred to Abu Simbel Airport for flight to Cairo. Upon arrival at Cairo Airport, you will be met and assisted at the airport then taken to your hotel. Overnight in Cairo.
Day 10
Breakfast at your hotel, then you will be transferred to Cairo International Airport for departure.
